How long will it take for my grow closet to arrive?
It takes roughly 3 days to build your grow closet. It will take another week on average to arrive. Therefore you can be confident it will arrive within 2 weeks. If you are ordering an inventory item, expect a quicker delivery. If you provide an e-mail address, we will be able to send you tracking info for your grow closet system.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through the website. We accept International Money Orders or Western Union Money Transfers if placing an order by phone.
How secure is my personal information?
Absolutely secure. We will never give out any personal information to any third parties. Your information is only used to process orders.
How easy are your grow closets to set up?
We do all the hard work for you! Setup takes less than 15 minutes.
We pre-assemble EVERYTHING, and then break a few necessary parts down for easier shipping.
How much power do these grow closet sheds draw, and will I have power spikes?
They draw about the same amount of power as a refrigerator ($20 a month on average).
If you're looking to save costs on electricity and reduce the possibility of power spikes then replace your normal incandescent lights with compact fluorescents which draw much less power.
How much plant weight can I grow in these cabinets per year?
You can grow roughly 10-20lbs of plant matter yearly with each 20 cubic foot sunlight shed. This is based on a 400 watt lighting system and 14 adult plants from the hydroponics supplied in the turn-key kit.
Of course there are many variables such as if you are starting from seeds, whether you're growing tomatoes/peppers/basil, etc..
Can you build a very large custom unit for me?
Yes, however the larger the unit, the more difficult and expensive it is to build and ship.

Is there a discount if I order more than one shed at a time?
It all depends how many units you purchase, how you pay, etc.

Does any light leak out?
There are only minor light leakage points at the air intakes at the bottom of the Shed. There is NO light leakage at door hinges, front, sides, or top. Frankly, you can't even tell it's there in the pitch dark.
Does it produce much noise?
No. There is very little noise that comes from the internal cooling system, but it's about as loud as a small desktop fan.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a 2 year warranty on your unit. The full warranty can be reviewed HERE
How easy is it for me to grow?
Extremely easy. We've taken test subjects off the street with no growing knowledge and had them setup one of our units in 20 minutes. Then they followed our quick grow guide and had no problems from start to finish. As a matter of fact a few walked away from their units for weeks at a time, only checking on every few weeks to change water, nutrients, and check pH!
How safe is your unit to have in my home?
VERY SAFE! Much safer than any other grow system on the market. Mainly due to our thermal safety switch that kills the lights if it gets above 105F in the cab, not to mention the smoke heat detector. Even if all the safety features and cooling systems failed your unit would NOT start on fire.
Is anyone on your staff available for phone support?
Yes, we are available from 9am to 7pm (MNT) every day of the week. One of the reasons we have such a high customer satisfaction rate is our customer helpline (716) 984-6520.
Are the packages labeled in any way?
No. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet, wrapped in a corrugated box with no markings of any kind.
What does the room temperature need to be for my Sunlight Shed?
Almost if not all of our competitiors' grow boxes run very hot (supercloset, quickgrow, bc northern lights, etc.), and are generally around 18-30F above room temperature inside their box.
With our innovative inline cooling the inside temperature of the grow cab never gets above 10F above room temperature. Therefore it is safe to run your grow box up to 90 F. Any higher ambient room temperatures could cause damage to your plants depending on what species you're growing. However keep in mind that for most grow boxes you need to keep the room temp below 68F to keep from frying plants, so this is one of our many advantages over the competition!
